Job Context:
∎ • Looking for individuals to work online Travel Agency (OTA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Sabre, Gallileo & Amadeus GDS system.
∎ • The candidate must have good communication skill and proven experience in Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Respond to customer queries quickly at office or home wherever you are available:
∎ • Fare search, Fare quote, make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds etc.
∎ • Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
∎ • Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ • Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector
∎ • Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ • Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ • Any duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ able to get incentive based on personal sale
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
