Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Footwear /Leather Product/ Leather Engineering) or Graduation in relevant degree from a well reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement planning of local products/materials based on Requirement for smooth production support.
∎ Complete all activities of local procurement to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Proper products sourcing and negotiations with vendors for optimum products price and favorable terms & conditions.
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
∎ Cost benefit analysis of different product sources & best option selection.
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
∎ Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and payment.
∎ Prepare all local purchase related statement and share daily, weekly and monthly report to the head of the department.
∎ Maintain inter departmental liaison including production, quality & warehouse for smooth and on time support.
∎ Liaison with other departments.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior / management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office) as well as emailing.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent negotiation as well as written & verbal communication both in Bangali and English.
