Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years’ experience practicing independently as an anesthetist
∎ Evidenced of in date training in advanced life support (adult, pediatric and neonatal) or equivalent.
∎ Proven capacity to supervise, train and coach relevant staff.
∎ Experience in a leadership role as a department lead
∎ Proven experience of delivering service improvement, managing change and collaboration with own or another organization.
∎ Has a responsive, solution focused approach to addressing issues and barriers.
∎ Demonstrates a strong desire to improve performance and make a difference by focusing on goals.
∎ Having 2 year’s Diploma with 3-year experience after completion of diploma

∎ The Opportunity
∎ As an Anesthesiology Lead, he/she will be responsible for providing expert medical care in the field of anesthesiology. He/ She will be integral in performing pre-operative evaluation to intra-operative care and post-operative care for patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures including Gynae and Obstetrics. He/she will also work with multidisciplinary team of hospital in a coordinated approach and help to educate and train junior staff and may take part in the research activities that continue to improve in the field of anesthesia.
