∎ The applicants should have 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Garments Accessories Business in the Poly Section.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest, and able to work timely.
∎ Positive attitude, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Providing reports to management with feedback.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Good Communication skills, and good typing speed in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ The applicants should have 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Garments Accessories Business in the Poly Section.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and control all production processes in the Poly Section.
∎ Monitor production targets every hour of the day.
∎ Report to the production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ Distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connections with the respective department.
∎ Check the layout plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ Inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products.
∎ Follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
∎ Supervise and manage the entire production process, from raw material input to finished product output.
∎ Any other tasks relevant to this role assigned by management.
∎ Job Location: Horindhara, Tanary Road, Hemayetpur-1340, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
