∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Customer support Service
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electric motor, Gear Motor, HMI, PLC, VFD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fundamentals & Engineering
∎ Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the quote process.
∎ Providing clients with technical support.
∎ Visit Prospective & Existing Customers Within an Assigned Division
∎ Coordinate Hiring of New Personnel with Engineering & Design Team
∎ Prepare detailed field service reports. Support the Sales Team with any technical clarifications.
∎ Optimizing applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades.
∎ Work within the standards, methods, and procedures established for the development and implementation of Drive Selection & Commissioning, PLC programs, HMI configuration, experience with motors & servo systems and other engineering activities
∎ Documentation:
∎ Produce instrument, electrical, control drawings in AutoCAD Electrical, RS Wire or other Company supplied drafting packages.
∎ Develop and archive other project documentation as required, including: operations manuals, crosscheck data sheets, motor control parameter settings, hardware specifications, etc.
∎ Technical Support:
∎ Provide technical support for other Automated Control & Technical Services employees.
∎ Contributing to sales presentations, as well as demonstrating prototypes and completed applications.
∎ Customer Support:
∎ Support Division sales and marketing efforts.
∎ Interface with customer or end-user to define project requirements, design and specifications.
∎ Other:
∎ Other projects or activities as required by Division Engineering Manager.
