Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team at our Corporate Head Office.
∎ The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of providing exceptional technical support to end-users and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues & must have experience in experience in SQL Queries.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Application installation & configuration would be an advantage.
∎ Experience writing SQL queries and understanding of RDBMS
∎ Provide technical support to end-users for all company applications used in the RMG Industries.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application software, hardware, and network systems.
∎ Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix software bugs and issues.
∎ Perform regular maintenance tasks on applications to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Manage and maintain the company's databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation for application installation, configuration, and maintenance procedures.
∎ Participate in the design and implementation of new application features and upgrades.
∎ Provide training and support to end-users on new features and upgrades.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ 2+ years of experience in application support, preferably in the RMG Industries context.
∎ Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to application software, hardware, and network systems.
∎ Excellent knowledge of SQL, Java, and other programming languages.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
