Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Arch. degree from BUET/ KU or equivalent degree from Abroad.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design of residential & commercial projects.
∎ Preparation of working drawings for different type of projects.
∎ Preparation of 3D visualization and animation of different architectural projects
∎ To work closely with design teams of different project.
∎ To work closely with the site engineers, project manager & other stack holders.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Updated knowledge about the latest building material items from home and abroad and their usage, prices and availability.
∎ Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Imarat Nirman Bidhimala & different national and international standards of related field.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
