Education:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a recognized university (Master’s preferred).
∎ Professional training or certification related to furniture design/ manufacturing will be an added advantage.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 7-10 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop architectural furniture concepts tailored for residential, commercial and industrial
∎ Develop architectural concepts and translate them into functional furniture designs.
∎ Prepare and review production-ready technical drawings and 3D renderings.
∎ Create high-quality 3D models of Interior designs, including exteriors, architecture, and landscapes, based on architectural drawings and design briefs.
∎ Develop detailed, photorealistic renderings and visualizations to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Develop detailed Furniture Modeling & Rendering as per design briefs.
∎ Collaborate with production engineers and designers to ensure feasibility and quality.
∎ Site visits for measurement, supervision and design validation.
∎ Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, budgetary and safety requirements.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ Ensure designs comply with ISO/ANSI/BIFMA standards.
∎ Experience working with 3D visualizations tools (Lumion, Ray, Enscape).
∎ Strong understanding of furniture ergonomics, materials (wood, metal, upholstery) and joinery techniques.
∎ Knowledge of production drawings, detailing, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
∎ Familiarity with manufacturing processes, CNC machine operations and assembly standards.
∎ Ability to use project management tools (Trello, Asana and any others).
