Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
∎ Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ Strong understanding of building materials, structural systems, and construction processes.
∎ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed construction drawings using CAD software and design tools.
∎ Collaborate with clients to determine functional and aesthetic needs, project scope, budget, and timelines.
∎ Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
∎ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the design and construction phases.
∎ Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure alignment with architectural plans.
∎ Prepare project proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
∎ Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into projects.
∎ Manage project documentation and maintain communication with all parties involved to ensure successful project delivery.
