∎ Graduate / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture studies from reputed University / Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior/Architectural Design Concept, plan, elevation, Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Clint meeting presentations, understanding Client needs and developing design concepts.
∎ Project site visit and supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Candidate should be of honest, confident, smart, professional, hardworking, energetic and pleasant
∎ Personality.
∎ The software you need to know: AutoCad, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, 360 Render, Lumion
∎ Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the relevant sector.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design.
∎ Must need to have the knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D Max with V-Ray Render & related graphical software.
∎ The designer must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Retail Shop, Hotel & Restaurant and Hospital Design.
∎ Must have the ability to provide solutions on the constraints of space and bugged.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials.
∎ Should have strong written, oral and visual communication skills.
