Educational Requirements:
∎ He must typically hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with major in Interior design from BUET/Abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
commercial interior, Hospital Building, Residential Interior
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft plans to create or refinish spaces in private homes or commercial buildings considering the requirements.
∎ Plans for a space, taking into account interior construction, lighting and furnishings.
∎ Aside from aesthetics, architects must consider an array of factors during the design process, such as functionality, building codes, safety regulations and costs.
∎ Inspect construction work in progress to ensure compliance with design specifications; and perform related work as required.
∎ Writing proposals and presenting them.
∎ Coordinate the building process liaise with architects, project manager, engineers, surveyors & different designers of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ Required sufficient knowledge of colors, fabrics, textures, furniture and other interior elements available in home and abroad.
∎ Membership from IAB and RAJUK Nibondhon will be treated as an added quality.
∎ Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketchup, Lumion & Adobe creative suites etc.
∎ The ability to respond well to feedback.
∎ Portfolio of professional works is required
Salary: Tk. 200000 - 250000 (Monthly)
