∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Diploma

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in creative Exterior Design and Interior Design. Prepare all types of working drawings,3D models, Interiors and create animations.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial Industrial factory building and keeping a record of project properly.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).
∎ Develop design according to the requirements and concept. Prepare full working drawing set for contractor.
∎ Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.
∎ Revise plan during construction, if any modification required. Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.
∎ Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (as per requirements from the client).
∎ Liaison with Architect & check the drawing and forwarded for construction.
∎ Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings.
∎ Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution.
∎ Preparing all type of reports concerning design section.
∎ Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
∎ Top supervision of all concerns projects.
∎ Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report.
∎ We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architect position who will be able to work for both Interior and Exterior Solution.
