Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) from any reputed IAB accredited university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare architectural design and drawing, interior concept design and 3D visualization of the specific project.
∎ Sound knowledge of modern and contemporary world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ Prepare detailed and working drawings, and specifications of architectural works and interior designs.
∎ Should have practical knowledge of construction and interior materials.
∎ Co-ordinate and prepare design, drawing for individual project in time.
∎ Move on regular site visits to check the proper execution of design & drawings and solve the design related problems that are found in the construction work with intimation to your supervisor.
∎ Work closely with a team of other professionals such as engineers, construction heads & labors.
∎ Monitor execution of design & drawings related to on-going works.
∎ Designing software: Autodesk AutoCAD 3ds Max, Sketchup, Illustrator, Coral draw, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
∎ Rendering Software: V-Ray (3D Max/ Sketchup), Lumion (Animation).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must expert in rendering with Max or Sketchup-vray and Lumion animation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in following business area:
∎ Architectural Consultancy Firm, Real Estate, Developer, Interior Design.
∎ Computer knowledge must include related software.
∎ Candidate should be well appearance and organized.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must have patience and competence to work under pressure.
