Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare architectural and interior concept design and 3D perspective design of the specific project.
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary present world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design.
∎ Coordinate and prepare design, drawing for individual project in time.
∎ Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
∎ Move on regular site visits to check the proper execution of design & drawings and solve the design related problems that are found in the construction work with intimation to your supervisor.
∎ Work closely with a team of other professionals such as engineers, construction heads & labour.
∎ Monitor execution of design & drawings related to on-going works.
∎ Designing software: Autodesk AutoCAD 3ds Max, Google Sketchup, Illustrator, Coral draw, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
∎ Rendering Software: V-Ray (3D Max/ Sketchup), Lumion (Animation).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms.
∎ Computer knowledge must include related software.
∎ Candidate should be well appearance and organised.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must have patience and competence to work under pressure.
∎ Female architects are preferable.
