∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural Drafting, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Interior and Exterior Architectural drawings and design, plan, elevation, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation etc.
∎ To conduct meeting with users and management.
∎ To prepare the presentation in project management.
∎ To supervise project development and site coordination.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by the Management Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Applicants should have sound knowledge in Interior & Exterior Drawing.
∎ Should have skills in design with 3D presentation.
∎ Must have ability to conduct meeting with top management.
∎ Should be self-motivated, good team player and target oriented.
∎ Should be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be creative, dynamic with pleasant personality.
