Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop creative and original event concepts based on client needs.
∎ Design event layouts, stage setups, and spatial plans.
∎ Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visuals for presentations.
∎ Collaborate with clients to finalize design direction.
∎ Coordinate with decorators, fabricators, and technical teams.
∎ Prepare technical drawings and design specifications.
∎ Ensure designs are aligned with current trends and innovations.
∎ Incorporate sustainable and budget-friendly design solutions.
∎ Supervise on-site setup to ensure concept execution.
∎ Make real-time adjustments during setup if needed.
