∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Area Coordinator will manage the program in a result-oriented manner, maintaining the quality standards to achieve the project's goals.
∎ Coordinate effectively with the project team and ensure timely follow-up of program implementation while maintaining the time bound quality.
∎ Provide technical assistance to staff members to optimize their time and utilize project resources in a target-oriented manner and monitor to improve the quality of work.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of available resources through efficient management and adherence to policies.
∎ Coordinate and follow up on ongoing advocacy initiatives with team members, local government institutions, government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other relevant stakeholders to deliver outputs and outcomes as planned, while establishing a network of linkages.
∎ Ensure timely reporting and maintain high-quality documentation on a periodic basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in similar position of any livelihood/food security, climate change community development or other development programe.
∎ Working experiences with Ethnic and Dalit communities, person with disabilities and other marginalized communities will be considered as an advantage in favor of the candidature.
∎ Having motorcycle driving skill with valid motorcycle license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 36610 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
