Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive business growth by achieving defined targets and identifying new business opportunities for the Bank.
∎ Develop and structure asset and liability products tailored to client needs and market conditions.
∎ Ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality credit proposals.
∎ Actively participate in the credit approval process by presenting and defending cases to secure deal closures.
∎ Monitor the overall quality and performance of the credit portfolio.
∎ Conduct client visits and meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of their credit risk profiles and cash management requirements.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to optimize limit utilization and deliver superior service.
∎ Identify and report any deviations from established procedures, credit limits, or policies, and obtain appropriate approvals where necessary.
∎ Lead and manage the corporate banking team to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Collaborate with business units, retail branch managers, and support teams to ensure seamless and effective service delivery to corporate clients.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to corporate banking operations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by senior management.
