∎ A leading multinational company is actively searching for an experienced professional to step into the role of ‘Area Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion’.
∎ The position requires the incumbent to play a key role in developing and implementing people, culture, and inclusion strategies across both local and international landscapes. The individual will lead initiatives to drive talent management strategies, enhance workplace culture, champion inclusivity, and nurture organizational leadership. The role involves overseeing people strategy across diverse markets, including factory-based operations, and ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local market needs. The incumbent must be adaptable, with a strong understanding of multicultural workforce dynamics, to implement effective people initiatives across various geographies. The salary and benefits shall be provided as per company policy.
