∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development Of an entry level sales team who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and visionary about career progression in a pharmaceutical sales team
∎ Management of team discipline at highest possible level to ensure quality promotion of products to doctors
∎ Implementation Of top management decision and promotional guideline in the field
∎ To achieve sales target of area by ensuring achievement of individual team member
∎ To ensure proper utilization Of resources by individual team member
∎ To apprise team members perfectly and to award them with fair adjustment
∎ Development Of relationship with top diabetologist and cardiologist Of assigned territory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience Of working in a cardiac or anti diabetic product promotion sales team in a reputed pharmaceutical company
