Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dairy, Fisheries, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Managing the overall Sales & Marketing activities of related area.
∎ Develop marketing and sales plan of animal healthcare products.
∎ Achieve sales & collection target by supervising the sales team.
∎ Submit daily sales activity report to the Management.
∎ Create brand image of the company in the market.
∎ Promote and sale products to veterinary consumers.
∎ Initiate rapid business growth.
∎ Train, teach and monitor the sales team on a daily basis.
∎ Motivate & inspire the sales team to achieve monthly target .
∎ Maintain regular communication with Doctors, Chemists, Farmers & Dealers.
∎ Regular client visit for product promotion & sales achievement.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Solve problems and advise farmers, dealers and customers.
∎ Perform any other sales and collection related tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work in mentioned areas.
Salary:
