∎ With more than 90 years’ pioneering experience in health and education sector in Bangladesh Kumudini Welfare Trust of Bengal (BD) Ltd., started its concern, Kumudini Pharma Limited (KPL) in 1999. Since then, Kumudini Pharma Limited has been manufacturing and marketing high quality pharmaceuticals at affordable price to help the ailing people of Bangladesh and consequently, been enjoying persistent growth in pharma market.
∎ To expedite its growth, we are looking for smart, self-motivated, hardworking and ambitious individuals at the first-line supervisory position. The incumbent as Area Manager/Senior Area Manager will lead a sales team comprising 5-8 Medical Promotion Officers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team members to achieve Sales objective through prescription generation and improve the productivity as well
∎ Supervise the daily activities of team members as per company policy
∎ Analyze team members’ performance on regular basis to ensure achievement and compliance
∎ Ensure optimized utilization of resources by the team members
∎ Visit target customers to develop and sustain good rapport
∎ Cultivate healthy working culture to retain the team members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-year experience as Area Manager
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to handle customer in any situation
∎ Eloquence in both Bengali and English
