∎ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
∎ Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales representatives.
∎ Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve efficiency.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
∎ Ensure efficient stock management and product availability in the market.
∎ Oversee distributor operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ Identify potential market opportunities and initiate actions to capture them.
∎ Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and trade events to enhance brand visibility and market share.
∎ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Provide regular market feedback and reports to management.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing grievances and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
