Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferable in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry / Agriculture / Zoology)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare area wise sales target according to yearly, monthly, weekly sales plan for the maximization of profit and ensure the achievement
∎ Organise mobile veterinary clinic, health camp and progeny show to engage farmers, explore health service and AI service to increase farm productivity
∎ Plan and provide training to AI service provider, farmers and arrange meeting in assigned areas and ensure quality of AI service Provider selection and verification as per selection criteria
∎ Monitor and supervise AI Service provider's activity and planning of retention plan of AI Service provider and farmer's and help in implementation in the assigned areas
∎ Conduct market survey, market analysis, congregate information about market, search scope of market for business expansion
∎ Plan sales promotion and business development to earn maximum revenue in national level development of strong sales, supply chain and own marketing team in area level
∎ Plan on container loan distribution and collections realization of due loans timely
∎ Develop rapport building with AISP to motivate them and ensure maximum productivity
∎ Ensure breed wise semen sales, LN2 use and other AI materials sales and supply to AISP by using skill, technique and knowledge.
∎ Establish business relations among stakeholders, different related organizations like government and non-government organizations, maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization and follow the government policies
∎ Analyze and prepare all types of area report and convey this to the RSM / ZSM
∎ Collect competitor's business information and analyse the strength and weak point
∎ Prepare your business plan and strategy to increase market share
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Must have experiences on sales
∎ Must have ability to manage sales and distribution networks
∎ Must have working knowledge in direct sales operation and supply chain management
∎ Must have knowledge in MS word, MS-excel
∎ Must have knowledge in inventory management, profit protection, understanding of market dynamics, market behavior, strategic, launching & promotional plan, monitoring sales performance, reporting, analyzing progress
∎ Have skill on communication, people management, relationship building, work prioritizing
∎ Able to work under pressure and challenging environment
