Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory/area wise monthly sales plan to cover routes, markets, outlets and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Plan daily work plan to promote, merchandize, collect orders of offerings and use resources, collect sales proceeds from the market.
∎ Understand the various segment wise target distribution (i.e. product/day/outlet) and the challenges of achievement and align efforts to overcome as well as measure progress of achievement.
∎ Understand the products Unique Selling Point (USPs), product benefits as well as customer benefits.
∎ Analyze sales data, sales trends, competition and potential customer along with customer category.
∎ Analyze problem raised from SR, make alternative solutions in consultation with immediate supervisor & promptly solve the problem.
∎ Make the communication interesting/beneficial to the target customer and listen attentively to understand the feedback of the message.
∎ Build trusted relation with all team members (feel alike in all difficult situations) and support with tools / resource in achieving sales budget.
∎ Maintain professional relation with key customer and develop loyal customer in assigned territory/area.
∎ Develop SRs product knowledge skill, Selling Skill/Call Performance Skill, Objection Handling Skill to convince customer.
∎ Manage distributors and ensure availability of products to all relevant outlets of the assigned territory and explore untapped market.
