∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dairy, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time.
∎ Confirmation the timely attendance of all TSM & SO.
∎ Confirm timely product delivery to distributor point.
∎ Maintaining Self-monitoring sheet.
∎ Motivating all TSM & SO for achieving target
∎ Cheek regular trade program sheet.
∎ Carry out Market visit with field force.
∎ Realization of sales proceeds & timely online confirmation.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales force for increase the market share.
∎ Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the superior.
∎ Hold evening meeting with field force.
∎ Monitor and Evaluate daily target and achievement.
∎ Update daily sales and SMS to RSM.
∎ Confirm point wise Sales & Stock to server.
∎ Any other job as assigned by Management from time to time.
∎ Sales review meeting with field force.
∎ Monitor promotional program.
∎ Setting monthly target territory wise.
∎ Give Solutions to any problem faced by field force.
∎ Searching of new distributor for gap market.
∎ Communicate factory to distribution.
∎ Send office documents timely.
∎ Extend assistance to brand and event management work.
∎ Submit outlet survey report.
∎ Checking & Submit trade programmer sheet
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in FMCG (food) sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
