Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance objectives are met.
∎ Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop plans to capitalize on them.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
