Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to achieve territory and monthly sales & collection targets;
∎ Implement & assist in the selection process of customers to optimize market coverage and manage credit and debtors effectively;
∎ Implement strategies to minimize product returns and ensure product liquidation;
∎ Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences;
∎ Coordinate and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales;
∎ Gather and report competitors' information to the Sales Managers to inform strategic decisions;
∎ Maintain high levels of motivation and satisfaction among team members through effective communication and support;
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, promotional & other activity reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions;
∎ Undertake any other assignments assigned by the Supervisor related to the business.
