Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets as per monthly and annual business plan.
∎ Develop & appoint new Retail Outlets.
∎ Maintain a strong knowledge of the product, services, new arrivals or promotions.
∎ Marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
∎ Ensure the store is clean, organized and well-maintained to create an inviting shopping environment.
∎ Monitor and replenish product displays, ensuring they are well-stocked and neatly presented.
∎ Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate authority.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve store and company goals.
∎ Assist in training new sales associates when required.
∎ Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
∎ Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security measures to prevent theft and fraud.
∎ Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors' offerings.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales report.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

∎ Very Aggressive, Figure Hungry, Bottom Line Drive & Self Driven
∎ Flexible to move and work in any market anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Very good in Business & Competitor analysis
∎ Honest, smart, active and confident
∎ Problem solving ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
