Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Dealer & Wholesaler Target.
∎ Achieve monthly target in Pairs and Turnover.
∎ Develop & appoint new Dealer & Wholesaler.
∎ Receive order regularly & ensure Dealer & Wholesaler Product availability and delivery.
∎ Receive payment regularly as per company policy.
∎ Train & Develop Dealer & Wholesale people on product and business.
∎ Analysis Business Trend.
∎ Build profitable relationship with Dealer & Wholesaler.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very Aggressive, Figure Hungry, Bottom Line Drive & Self Driven
∎ Flexible to move and work in any market anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Very good in Business & Competitor analysis
∎ Self-motivated and energetic
∎ Honest, smart, active and confident
∎ Well groomed and well mannered
∎ Decision making skill within shortest possible time
∎ Problem solving ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
