Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Field Operation, Installation and Maintenance, Telecommunication Products & Services
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage installation team through installers & supervisors to ensure all installations in a specific area.
∎ Ensure and execute all service requests raised time to time.
∎ Manage, train & develop the field supervisors & installers so that they can provide best possible service to the valued customers of Bexcom.
∎ Ensure installation TAT & service TAT of the specific areas as decided by Management.
∎ Do the necessary hiring of installers and liaison with HR and vendors time to time.
∎ Arrange & conduct training for supervisors & installers on work procedure, technology, dos & don’ts, dress up etc.
∎ Analyze Productivity of supervisors in a regular basis.
∎ Update installers/supervisors regarding any change in process, policies, rules etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with sales & distributor to provide best possible service to the valued customers.
∎ Visit field & DB points to get findings & improvement areas to implement them for further improvement.
∎ Inform/present field findings to the top management through proper channel.
∎ Analyze the installation & service data to generate information to take necessary steps.
∎ Do the field survey to identify specific technical problems or issues time to time.
∎ Provide special support for installation & service to direct/strategic sales team.
∎ Maintain product log to ensure proper service to the customers.
Salary: Negotiable
