Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
∎ Diploma in Interior Design & Architecture (with 4 Years Practical Experience).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization with animation and Cost Estimation.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by department head.
∎ Candidate must have proper knowledge of modern architecture sense and proper visualization.
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of Team Leader.
∎ Able to handle a project individually by Design, documentation with specification.
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design (Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render, Lumion with Animation, Sketch up, Illustrator, Corel Draw and Photoshop).
∎ Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.
∎ Must have proper knowledge of Residential Design, Commercial Design, Office Space Design, Institution Design, Hospital Design, Factory Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Steel Building.
∎ Working experience with reputed architect with his Design Studio base practice process is Highly Preferable.
∎ Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors to produce and alter drawings.
∎ Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.
∎ Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to Architects, Client, Subcontractors, Project Managers, etc.
∎ Must have concept development skills, design preparation & real field experience for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Candidate must have proper knowledge on steel structure, Factory building rules and proper visualization.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must be pious, non smoker, polite, obedient, Honest, punctual, creative, and dynamic with pleasant personality
∎ The visualize must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant
∎ 3/4 years of experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Estimate the amount of required materials, equipment, and construction time
∎ Control the entire project from start to finish to ensure quality execution
∎ Make sure the project complies with the legal requirements
∎ Visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans
∎ Liaise with contractors to ensure construction is as per the approved design
∎ Seek new work by marketing and giving presentations
∎ Source interior items as per the design to ensure client gets best quality and price
∎ Meet the clients and workers weekly/monthly; report about the work progress to the supervisor
∎ Meet the project deadline without any delay
∎ Good Graphics & material sense.
∎ Visit Construction Sites and supervise.
∎ Attend Client Meeting.
Salary:
∎ TK.20000.00-TK.30000.00 also negotiable
