∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Chef to coordinate and carry out the preparation of all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner – including appetizers desserts and occasional hot snacks.)
∎ Assisting the Chef in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients
∎ Cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards
∎ Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment
∎ Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies
∎ Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens
∎ Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organizing the storeroom
∎ Being responsible for health and safety
∎ Maintain all kitchen outlets, still rooms, storage rooms, delivery areas and canteens in line with MANA BAY rules and legislation.
∎ Oversee the smooth running of the food production activities for all MANA BAY kitchens
∎ Ability to perform the role of Chef in case of his absent.
∎ Responsible for maintaining quality of food product and ensuring consistency in food while demonstrating excellent understanding of costing and delivering.
∎ Communicate and support the all MANA BAY kitchen whenever needed.
∎ Support effectively and positively menu and operational changes, policies
∎ Manage discipline and standards within the kitchen and address conflict in a timely manner in accordance with our Policies.
∎ Show strong team leadership and continues communication to improve kitche team perform
∎ Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in Five Star hotel, Restaurant, Resort will get preference.
∎ High level of attention to detail
∎ Able to work in busy work schedule
∎ Positive and approachable manner
∎ Team player quality
∎ Sparking in English is a plus
