∎ Good in listening and counseling
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Basic English communication skills
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) operating skills

∎ The Opportunity
∎ This position is responsible to provide support to the ECCD facilitators to improve and track quality facilitation, children’s learning environment, day-to-day project-activity monitoring and supervision, and communication with RMG factories, community, schools, local DPE, and other stakeholders at the community level. S/he will provide support in organizing and facilitating events/training/workshops for teachers and stakeholders. S/he will also be responsible for quality benchmark and monitoring reporting whenever needed. Except for those any other tasks assigned by the supervisor need to accomplish accordingly.
