Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the demands & production needs including planning & control.
∎ Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure cross- functional projects are defined and executed to show measurable results in organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial savings.
∎ Overseeing the demands & production needs including planning & control. And maintain optimum level of inventory.
∎ Identify monthly and seasonal factory capacity requirements based on customer demands and proactively take part in sourcing decisions to best satisfy customer demands while taking into consideration all possible sourcing constraints.
∎ Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to ensure sourcing plans are aligned with company's overall strategies.
∎ Sourcing raw materials and other essential items internationally and locally, creating new vendors, negotiating for best price, making comparison statement and ensuring there are no gap of raw materials in the factory.
∎ Managing and executing of all LC related activities, checking draft LC and informing bank if any correction requires.
∎ Ensuring proper selection of HS code for hassle free custom clearance and saving additional cost.
∎ Maintaining proper liaison with all concerned parties involved in export and import such as Bank, Custom, CCI&E, and BIDA, C&F, forwarder (Shipping Line), and transport agents.
∎ Coordinating with internal departments to know the urgent requirements of goods and ensure timely import/ supply.
∎ Performing any other jobs as and when assigning by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ 5 to 6 year experience in managerial position
∎ Having sound communication skill
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office
∎ Leadership quality with positive attitude
∎ Strong analytical skill
