∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ MBA/ BBA from reputed university; preferably in Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of PR communication and a strong network with online and offline press media. Ability to plan and execute indoor and outdoor branding initiatives for the brand, including the preparation of promotional materials. Knowledge of showroom visual identity (VI) development and execution.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of short, Mid & long term sales & promotional expenses forecasts on assigned product group.
∎ Research market and study the company’s brand and determine the brand position.
∎ Generate and implements new ideas for marketing activities.
∎ Developing & optimizing market campaign (product launching, promotion & branding).
∎ Coordinate Sales, product developments and other teams.
∎ Co- ordination of the development works on new products / line extcnsion.
∎ Generation of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Collect market information and develop content for digital marketing.
∎ Make prompt communication to sale/service team for resolving any problem raised by customer/dealer/retailer end in social media and online platforms for confirming customer support.
∎ Copywriting, sourcing, amending, uploading and editing images, videos and other contents for online marketing.
∎ Monitoring of Promotional programs actual vs projected.
∎ Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
∎ Preparing report on the performance of brand.
∎ Preparing report for digital marketing promotional activities.
