∎ Respond to user inquiries and support requests.
∎ Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment.
∎ Documentation for common IT issues and solutions.
∎ Report generation on help desk activity and system performance.
∎ Document all support interactions and solutions in a ticketing system.
∎ Development of IT policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in maintaining company security systems.
