Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets as per budget.
∎ To enhance Liqui Moly’s sales network in two-wheeler, four-wheeler & heavy-duty vehicle.
∎ To ensure the regular field visits for developing customers/ dealers’ network & monitoring market.
∎ To ensure training on product knowledge for sales force/ dealers.
∎ To assess and suitably select new dealers for different territory.
∎ To generate sales report for identifying/ analyzing trends, opportunities & area of improvement.
∎ To conduct bi-monthly/ monthly sales meeting & take required actions to improve performance·
∎ To solve any issues/ conflicts/ disputes proactively that may arise between company and dealers.
∎ To organize the opening ceremony/ program of the new dealers and workshops·
∎ To create awareness and provide marketing support to new dealers, retailers & workshops.
∎ To work closely with other departments to address any operational challenges faced by dealers.
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor time to time.
