∎ Hands-on experience with textile machinery maintenance and repair.
∎ Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, belts, shafts, and lubrication systems.
∎ Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals.
∎ Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
∎ Experience in spinning mills will get preference.
∎ Hands-on experience with textile machinery maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and maintain all spinning machinery such as blow room, carding, draw frame, speed frame, ring frame, and winding machines.
∎ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out timely repairs to avoid production delays.
∎ Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
∎ Monitor machine performance and ensure all equipment runs at optimal efficiency.
∎ Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.
∎ Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of spinning machinery.
∎ Ensure availability of critical spare parts and assist in procurement planning.
∎ Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in compliance with safety and operational standards.
∎ Work closely with electrical, production, and quality teams to coordinate daily operations.
∎ Lead or assist in root cause analysis for repeated mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.
