∎ B.Sc in Mechanical form reputed public university (academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).

Job Context:
∎ Department: HVAC Department
∎ Location : Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare technical and financial appraisal of any project.
∎ To handle the market and customer communication efficiently and work as a key person for marketing and business development of HVAC to Convince corporate customers in terms of technicality and costing to turn towards our products by holding meetings, making presentations & technical drawings and BOQs.
∎ Ensure end to end process completion of a corporate deal successfully.
∎ Responsible for submitting all documentation for tender participation in relevant products and services.
∎ Monthly/half-yearly/yearly reporting on the overall market development, customer performance and market assessment.
∎ Execution of procedures relating to credit realization.
∎ Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications Internet and should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 (three) years relevant job experience required. Candidates having appropriate experience in working with large-scale HVAC projects will be preferred.
