PEB, SPC pole, steel fabrication, Steel manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Line Manager to organize and formulate production planning, analyze and review project wise production progress to meet contract.
∎ Determine project/product wise costing & comparing budgeted cost & actual incurred cost.
∎ Projects' documents, drawings, technical specifications, supply scopes receiving, monitoring & communicating through necessary communication & coordination with concerned departments.
∎ Determine project-wise short-term and long-term raw materials requirements, production planning, delivery planning & controlling by regular monitoring & necessary feedback.
∎ Generate daily, monthly, and yearly production reports, and analyze the gap between production plan and actual production. Plan improvement, recommend on the basis of effective capacity utilization keeping Inventory and WIP at an agreed level.
∎ Identify capacity constraints and suggest measures for improvements.
∎ Generate departmental MIS as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Good leadership, execution, and teamwork skills with challenges encountering ability.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of mathematical analysis and Microsoft Excel functions.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
