Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Diesel & Gas power generation sub-station.
∎ Monitor and maintain power generation equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
∎ Respond promptly to power-related issues and troubleshoot technical faults.
∎ Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
∎ Collaborate with relevant authorities to maintain adherence to legal requirements.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand power needs.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to subordinates.
∎ Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
∎ Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
∎ Generate regular reports on power consumption, equipment efficiency, and downtime analysis.
∎ Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong technical skills in electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
∎ Professional certification in Electrical Engineering.
∎ Experience with glass manufacturing processes and related power requirements.
