Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up with spare parts management to prepare a list of preventive maintenance in accordance with the process.
∎ Identify and source quality spare parts and components required for the maintenance and repair of the organization's fleet.
∎ Maintain the log sheet, operator logbook and normal/abnormal parameters to ensure proper tracking of the circumstances.
∎ Assist in the operating, erection and commissioning of machines when required.
∎ Assist in analyzing trends and taking corrective measures for repetitive problems.
∎ Prepare mechanical instrument requisitions for preventive and regular maintenance.
∎ Assist in finding operational problems and troubleshooting during plant operation.
∎ Support the production team to resolve issues and enhance departmental and operational processes.
∎ Job Context: Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (Liner & Medium, Plant -5), one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), which is involved in producing Industrial paper and Coated duplex board etc. The position will play the Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation related engineering responsibilities and will report to the functional head.
