Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University/Institution. The Candidate having Science Background shall get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Professional Call Center Training,Customer Handling Training

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Tele Medicine
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working in shifting duty and managing large numbers of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Answering or making calls to clients to address their needs, complaints, or other issues related to products or services.
∎ Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
∎ Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information as needed.
∎ Building effective relationships with clients based on trust and reliability.
∎ Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
∎ Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
∎ Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate who doesn't have related experience in Hospitals/Diagnostic Center/Clinic/Aesthetic Center/Telemedicine not need to apply.
∎ The candidate should be smart, well-groomed & beautiful appearance.
∎ Should have mentality to perform shifting duty.
∎ Should have active listening, verbal and written communication skills and professional phone voice.
∎ Ability to understand company products, services and policies.
∎ Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
∎ Strong time management skills.
∎ Adaptability and accountability.
