∎ Clear understanding of jute composite costing and accounting
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
∎ Effective communication with both finance and non-finance departments
∎ Ability to streamline accounting processes and improve financial efficiency
∎ Understanding of Jute manufacturing processes (e.g., batching, spinning, weaving)
∎ Seasonality and procurement cycles of raw jute
∎ Export documentation & forex if the company is export-oriented
∎ Clear understanding of jute composite costing and accounting

∎ Especially for raw jute, batching oil, and chemicals
∎ GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other statutory norms
∎ Internal, statutory, and tax audits
∎ Monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements
∎ Experience with industry-specific ERPs (SAP, Tally, etc.)
∎ Leading a team of accountants, supporting internal departments
