Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Resort Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all resort departments. This position involves overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, managing staff performance, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of services to ensure guest satisfaction and address guest concerns promptly.
∎ Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
∎ Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervising department managers and other staff members.
∎ Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that motivates employees and encourages teamwork.
∎ Address guest complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
