Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the General Manager in overseeing all resort operations
∎ Supervise and support staff across various departments
∎ Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service
∎ Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and cost control
∎ Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
∎ Support sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and resort policies
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the overall operations of our resort. This role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and assisting in sales and financial performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality management, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
