Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed Public University/Ahsanullah
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical with exceptional track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play the key role in a wide range of fields in assisting GM & DGM to get new projects
∎ Oversee the project engineers' performance and technicians' performances and project executions
∎ Coordinates the engineering team, assigning short and long-term goals for successful completion of the project plans.
∎ Foresee threats and opportunities of business trends and suggest necessary measures to face the challenges and meet the revenue targets.
∎ Prepare, develop and maintain Drawings & BOQs for all electrical & plumbing & HVAC projects
∎ Negotiate with vendors and contractors to obtain the best possible rates for materials, labor, and equipment
∎ Participate in internal and external meetings related to BOQs, Estimations, and Rate Analysis
∎ Makes sure all projects and undertakings stay on budget and within the projected time schedule.
∎ Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years for BSc. Engineers with exceptional track record
∎ 8 - 10 years for Diploma Engineers
∎ Effective knowledge about Electro-mechanical equipment.
∎ Excellent communication (Written & Oral) skill in both English & Bengali
∎ Computer skills
∎ Good judgement and decision-making skills
∎ Project management skill
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skill
∎ People leadership and coordination
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, P/S, F/B
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
