Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities from cutting to delivery of production.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per plan.
∎ Ensure achievement of daily, weekly & monthly production targets and guide to production teams to attain targets for the respective floor within given time-frame.
∎ Control the day-to-day operations of the production ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by buyer requirement and management expectation.
∎ Control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage to follow proper planning and instruction.
∎ Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem-solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Check lay out plan to achieve maximum production.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style with no short shipment
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing, washing & quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return and assets.
∎ Ensure floor compliance, good housekeeping, Health & safety, floor administration and smooth relation between staffs and workers.
∎ Style changeover implementation & follow
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have experience in Denim woven Garments
∎ Experience on work with Levi's, JCP, G-Star, Next will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
