∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overall responsibility about quality about quality and full production up to shipment, according to SOP(Standard Operating Procedure. & COP (Client's Operating Procedure).
∎ • Independently correspondent with buyers.
∎ • Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances (within acceptable limits) with regards to raw material and production quality
∎ • Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working
∎ • Monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms of color & quality.
∎ • Monitor to identify loopholes during Knitting,dyeing, cutting, Printing,embroidery,sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement .
∎ • Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order
∎ • Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly
∎ • Monitor random inspection at final stage
∎ • Management of client/buyer's requirements in case of any non-conforming products
∎ • Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
∎ • Thorough knowledge and clear concept about the details of garment orders from the stage of garment sample development, fabric inspection penalty points / system used, cutting, printing/embroidery, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, Pre-final and required final inspection.
∎ • Manage to achieve standards to satisfy customer and factory management.
∎ • Assisting technicians regarding checking of patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticability in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ • Maintain acceptable quality standards in every process from samples to bulk shipments including, samples, fabric and accessories, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
∎ • Achieve proper inspections and audit processes up to final inspections.
∎ • Achieve inspection quantity targets and efficiency of all inspection points.
∎ • Implement and maintain all quality related systems, procedures and disciplines.
∎ • Should have experience in different AQL level.
∎ • Training and develop the subordinate workforce to acquire knowledge and skills.
∎ • Keep displaying the positive continual improvements in every quarter on quality related indicators, efficiency of quality staffs and adopting new concepts as and when required.
∎ • Perform any other task as per management requirements.
∎ • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ • Good knowledge & skills in computing (Micro soft Word, Excel & Email)
∎ • Have experience deal the buyer like Sainsbury, H & M, M&S, Tesco, Champion, Lotto, Target Australia, Carrefour.
∎ • Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues.
∎ • Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ • Control and ensure quality of sewing, finishing, packing as per customers' precondition.
∎ • Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues
∎ • Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ • Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre inspection team.
∎ • Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ • Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ • Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ • Supervise subcontract related garments production and quality.
∎ • Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and some other departments.
∎ • Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ • Develop training materials and provide training to all concerns on regular basis.
∎ • Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development.
